Anna Rundshagen
Miss Anna Rundshagen, Co-Founder Cross Cultural Interchange & Chief Knowledge Officer, MIH Learning Center
First exposed to Cross Cultural Training during a year as an exchange student in the US, Anna began to formulate her ideas on cultural thinking in global studies classes at high schools and universities in California.
On her return to Germany, she joined the Center for Intercultural Communication at Marburg University and was invited to China in 1994 to teach business German at Tongji University. Here she recognized the demand for high level business communicators in China. Working first as Program Designer and then as Business Development Manager for Informatics China Corporate Learning Center, she developed over 200 courses for young leaders in the Greater China Region.
In 2002 she co-founded of Cross Cultural Interchange, a company specializing in giving families and corporate professionals the mindset they need to succeed in a new cultural environment. Due to her long experience with international organizations and the fast growing Chinese business environment, her program has proven uniquely useful for the participants.
With the merger of the CCI brand into the MIH Learning Center, Anna was appointed to Chief Knowledge Officer and now also guides aspiring trainers in their career. She is known for creating enjoyable learning experiences with a high take-away value, and is always popular with the participants.
